Over the course, students will develop their coding and programming skills, covering everything from the basics, such as block and text-based coding (such as Tynker and Scratch) to the more complicated programs (such as Unity and Unreal Engines). Over the duration of the course students will develop their skills to make their own games and programmes and learn to be coders.
Alongside this, students will learn about computers, hardware, software, repairs and diagnostics, the internet, artificial intelligence, computer troubleshooting and maintenance, the future of technology (including robotics) privacy and security and so much more.
The weekly modules will cover different topics, and scaffold skills so we are able to build more complex programs and think of new ways to solve challenges, repairs laptops and build PCs etc. Alongside this, students will have a chance to meet and get to know like-minded peers and mentors.
