Will students be matched with groups of similar age or ability?
We’re confident that the way we structure and run the sessions it won’t matter if the students are 8 or 18.

What technology do we need to join and participate?
The page for each course will give you the details of what technology is needed.

Are sessions secure and safe?
Yes. All our staff are DBS checked and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure they maintain our Geeks Hub standards. We use Secure Microsoft Teams rooms and record all the sessions.

What if my child doesn't enjoy the sessions?
If your child doesn’t enjoy the sessions we’ll work with you and your child to understand what else they might need to make the session work for them.

Will my child join an established group, or a new group
All sessions are designed so any new student can join in with current groups at anytime.

How long do the courses last for?
Each course is concurrent and doesn't have a specific length period

How often do you bill?
We bill monthly by direct debit.

Is there a minimum comitment?
Yes. We need a month’s notice to leave the course, and once you’ve left you’ll need to cancel your direct debit.
